With one simple annual fee, we’ll ensure your child’s smile stays healthy, bright, and happy because we’re not just about teeth, we’re about nurturing your child’s confidence and well-being.

Otter Infant

$299 /year

For our littlest and cutest patients aged 0-2

Otter Child

$399 /year

For children aged 3-12

Otter Teen

$479 /year

For teens ages 13 and up

Disclaimer: The in-house dental membership plan is not insurance, a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act, pre-payment for future services, or payment for access to discounted services. Rather the membership plan is a direct payment arrangement between you and your pediatric dentist for services, products and care provided. The membership plan runs for 12 months. Payment for treatment not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service. 15% discount does not apply to oral sedation or general anesthesia fees. The annual fee for the membership plan cannot be paid for with third-party financing such as Care Credit.
